Duniapedia is a digital product platform by Mentarich LLC. We sell e-books, ready-to-use templates, and Custom GPTs that help Indonesian professionals build remote careers, grow digital skills, and work more productively with AI.

Duniapedia sells three categories of digital products: (1) e-books such as Kerja Remote, Dibayar Dollar; (2) Custom GPTs for CV writing, job applications, salary negotiation, networking, freelance proposals, and more; (3) bundles that combine several Custom GPTs and an e-book at a discounted price. All products are digital; nothing is shipped physically.

Payments are processed securely via Indonesian Bank Transfer / Virtual Account (BRI, BNI, Mandiri, BSI, Permata) through Duitku and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex) through Stripe. After checkout, you will receive payment instructions or be redirected to a secure payment page.

Once payment is confirmed, the e-book download link, Web Reader access, and Custom GPT instructions are emailed to you automatically. You can also access every product from your Duniapedia dashboard using the account created at checkout.

Yes. All Duniapedia digital products include lifetime access. You can re-read the e-book in the Web Reader anytime and re-download templates as often as you need while your personal license is active.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from payment if a product does not match its description, has a confirmed issue, cannot be accessed, or you were charged twice. Each request is reviewed under the conditions on the Refund Policy page.

The e-book is read through the Duniapedia Web Reader in your browser. The Worksheet, Rate Calculator, and Statement of Work bonus templates are available in Excel and Word format and can be downloaded directly from the dashboard or product page.

Duniapedia Custom GPTs run on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. To use Custom GPTs you need an OpenAI account and a ChatGPT plan that includes GPTs. Any ChatGPT Plus or team subscription fees are billed by OpenAI separately from your Duniapedia purchase.

Yes. Duniapedia does not store full card details on our servers; payment providers process payment information. Personal data is used only to process orders, deliver product access, and provide customer support, in line with our Privacy Policy.
